Our almond baklava pastries are stuffed with crushed almonds.

Cut in diamond shape and decorated with pistachio powder.

 

Ingredients: Filo Pastry (Wheat Flour, Maize Starch, Water, Vegetable Oil, Salt), Almonds, Sugar Syrup (Sugar, Water, Glucose, Citric Acid), Palm Oil.

Traditional Mediterenan pastires made with thin layers of crispy filo pastry and variety of nuts, skillfully baked and topped with sugar syrup. We use less syrup in our recipe which makes our baklava more crunchy while making no compromises on taste.
